Healthcare is becoming more patient-centered and value-oriented.   Patients and payers are demanding quality care at reasonable prices.  We blend our expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, social science, and management science to help healthcare providers measure the quality of their services.  By measuring healthcare structures, processes, and outcomes, managers are better prepared to make system improvements.  We measure:

  • Patient satisfaction to improve service outcomes
  • Patient preferences for different types of services using marketing research
  • Utilization outcomes to evaluate under use and overuse of treatments
  • Medical errors to improve patient safety
  • Organizational human resources structures to ensure doctor and nurse satisfaction

We analyze healthcare data, to create meaningful organization information.  We then access knowledge from the evidence-based literature, to summarize organizational information into actionable business plans.
